Job summary

Angard Recruitment is seeking flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers for Royal Mail in Scotland. You will be the face of the service, delivering letters and parcels across your local area, combining driving a van with time on foot to complete routes.

The role requires a full, manual UK driving licence and good physical fitness, including walking up to 20,000 steps a day. Shifts vary, and you may be asked to pass a driving assessment at start.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk up to 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, and you may be asked to pass a driving assessment at start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your local area, driving a Royal Mail van and walking to complete routes.
• Securely deliver all items on your route and handle items per Royal Mail standards.
