Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking flexible (temporary) delivery drivers via Angard Recruitment. As a Post Person with Driving, you will deliver letters and parcels across your round, combining on-foot and van work while representing Royal Mail in your community.

Shifts vary daily and you should be prepared for a fast-paced, active role. You’ll pass a driving assessment on start and contribute to a team keeping the country moving.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; you need to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your round, often on foot and in a van.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and handle items safely to reach every destination.
• Ensure election materials and other items are delivered in line with Royal Mail standards.
