Job summary

Zest Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor for Oldbury to support secondary schools on a daily supply basis. The role offers the balance of independence, consistency and day-to-day variety. You will supervise lessons in teachers’ absence, keeping students engaged and on task.

We require recent school-based experience or strong classroom management; an enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks are essential. Roles are temporary supply and can be full-time or part-time with flexible bookings.

Qualifications

• Recent school-based experience (within last 5 years) in a role similar to a supervisor.
• Experience supervising classes or supporting teaching staff.
• Enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are required.
