Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking General Cover Teachers (QTS) to deliver pre-prepared lessons across primary and secondary schools in the Bristol area. Roles offer flexibility with no planning or marking duties and are suitable for experienced teachers, ECTs, or supply specialists seeking variety.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong classroom management and adaptability to different school environments.
• Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and learning activities across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment in line with school policies.
• Manage classroom behaviour constructively and ensure student safety and engagement.
• Leave detailed handover notes for returning class teachers at the end of the day.
