Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an Experienced Cover Supervisor to deliver pre-prepared lessons when regular teachers are absent and to maintain a positive learning environment at a high standard. The role supports students' learning across various schools, with feedback to staff after lessons and a proactive approach to wellbeing.

Flexible full-time/part-time schedules are available with competitive daily rates. Start date November 2026.

Qualificações

• UK experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, etc.)
• Strong classroom presence and good behaviour management
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Commitment to supporting students' learning and wellbeing

Responsabilidades

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students with their learning and ensure work is completed
• Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson
