Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or experience working with young people.
• Leadership skills to guide a class of up to 30 students.
• Willingness to learn and support pupils and staff.
• Flexibility to work across multiple Essex schools.

Responsibilities

• Encourage learning and manage student behaviour in lessons.
• Record accurate registers and provide handover to the absent teacher.
• Be adaptable with a flexible schedule across Essex schools.
• Gain experience for future Initial Teacher Training pathways.
• Participate in a comprehensive Cover Supervisor Training Programme.
