TeacherActive Limited. is seeking confident Cover Supervisors for a welcoming secondary school. You will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared work, and support pupils to stay focused and engaged across KS3/KS4.

This flexible role offers part-time or full-time options with ASAP start, and a supportive onboarding process. Competitive PAYE rates reflect experience and commitment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with secondary pupils is desirable.
• Confident supervising KS3/KS4 classes.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to follow lesson plans left by staff.
• Proactive, reliable and adaptable approach.
