TeacherActive Ltd is seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors for Oxford-based secondary schools. Roles available part-time and full-time with ASAP start, offering flexibility around your availability.

You will supervise classes, deliver prepared work across subjects, and help maintain positive pupil engagement and behaviour across KS3 and KS4. The role suits those with experience with young people, strong communication skills, and a proactive, adaptable approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils or young people is desirable.
• Confidence supervising classes across KS3/KS4.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise classes during teacher absence and deliver pre-prepared work across subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain focused and supported.
• Follow lesson plans and instructions left by teaching staff.
• Be proactive, reliable and adaptable to support young people’s education.
