Job summary

Hilton in Brighton is seeking a Casual Conference and Events Assistant to deliver memorable hospitality experiences. You’ll set up rooms, assist with conferences and banquets, serve refreshments, and ensure spaces meet high standards.

You must be flexible for early mornings from 6:00 and late nights up to 3:00, enjoy teamwork, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Free meals on duty and opportunities to take on extra hours are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces: set up rooms, conference spaces, and banquet areas as required.
• Support event delivery: assist with conferences, meetings, banquets and special events with attentive service.
• Serve refreshments: provide food and beverage service during events with professional, friendly service.
• Maintain event standards: keep spaces clean, organised and presented to high standards at all times.
• Promote a safe environment: follow health and safety procedures in all areas.
• Work as part of a team: collaborate with hotel colleagues to deliver exceptional events.
