Job summary

Continuity of Care Services is seeking a compassionate Bank Complex Care Assistant to support clients living with severe brain injuries and learning disabilities in their own homes around Whitstable, Kent. You will deliver a high level of complex care, provide companionship, and help clients access community activities such as parks and cinemas.

You will meet clients and families beforehand to ensure readiness.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to service users at home.
• Assist with personal care and basic household tasks.
• Assist with medication administration and moving & handling.
• Support clients with access to the community for activities and events.
• Deliver care with Positive Behaviour Support where needed (training provided).
