AA Euro Group is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our agency team, delivering high-quality care in community settings around Carlisle. You will support individuals to maintain independence, dignity and a good quality of life, with flexible agency shifts across daytimes.

Typical duties include assisting with daily living, following care plans, coordinating with the wider team, and supporting people with appointments and activities. This role offers ongoing agency work and regular shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care environments such as Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant.
• Caring, patient and person-centred approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries.
• Flexible and reliable when accepting shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to individuals in the community.
