Qualifications

• GMC-registered General Practitioner.
• On NHS list (Performers List) is required.
• Experience in community, urgent care or primary care settings.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Run autonomous GP clinics in community health and primary care settings.
• Manage acute, chronic and minor illness presentations.
• Support urgent care demand via telephone triage where applicable.
• Prescribe safely following clinical policies.
• Complete routine actions: results, follow-ups and referrals.
• Document clear and accurate digital notes.
