Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong clinical reasoning and communications.
• Ability to work independently in varied environments.
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Run autonomous GP clinics within community health and primary care.
• Manage acute, chronic and minor illness presentations.
• Support urgent care demand via telephone triage.
• Prescribe safely in line with clinical policies.
• Complete routine actions including results, follow-ups and referrals.
• Document clear and accurate digital notes.
