Job summary

Norse Group’s Cleaning Division is recruiting a casual Cleaner for Colney. You would work Monday to Friday with enhanced weekend rates, casual contracts, and uniform provided. DBS checks are paid by the employer after 6 months, with pro-rata annual leave and ongoing training.

Join a team serving schools and public buildings across East Anglia, delivering high-quality cleaning and client satisfaction with flexible hours and on-site independence.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or caretaking is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic site health and safety practices.
• Excellent communication with on-site clients.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain designated areas (mopping, hoovering, wiping, bins).
• Build strong on-site relations with clients.
• Carry out routine checks and follow health and safety rules.
• Report issues or defects on site.
