Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a Support Worker to support adults in care settings across Aberdeen and surrounding areas. You will deliver person-centred care on flexible shifts, working with multiple services to gain diverse experience while developing your skills.

You'll use your UK care experience to provide high-quality support, promote dignity and independence, and follow all safeguarding and health & safety procedures. Training and a free uniform are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a UK care sector role.
• Current SSSC registration.
• Professional references covering at least the last 3 years of recent employment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care and practical support in line with individual care plans.
• Promoting dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing for the people you support.
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as meals, mobility, and social activities.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures.
• Keeping clear, accurate records and reporting any concerns promptly.
• Working effectively with permanent staff and other agency workers on shift.
