Search Consultancy LTD in Aberdeen is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to provide hands-on care for adults in local care settings. You will support daily living tasks, maintain dignity, and work across services to ensure consistent, warm support.

The role offers flexible shifts, free training and uniform, and opportunities for skill development. A current SSSC registration and references are required, with competitive pay starting from £15.07 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a UK care sector role.
• Current SSSC registration.
• Professional references covering at least 3 years of your most recent employment.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Supporting service users to maintain dignity, choice, and independence.
• Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in needs.
• Working effectively with permanent staff to support safe, consistent care.
• Maintaining accurate, timely records in line with service procedures.
• Adhering to safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality requirements.
