Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a Support Worker in Banff and surrounding areas to provide person-centred support across multiple services on flexible shifts that fit around your life. You’ll work with teams and use your care experience to help individuals live well.

With minimum 6 months UK care experience and SSSC registration, you’ll deliver compassionate support, maintain accurate records, and benefit from free training, a uniform, and progression opportunities while working across diverse

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a UK care sector role.
• Current SSSC registration.
• Professional references covering the last 3 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and practical support per care plans.
• Promote dignity, choice, independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as meals, mobility and activities.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and infection control procedures.
• Keep clear, accurate records and report concerns promptly.
• Work with permanent staff and agency workers on shift.
