Nani Recruitment is urgently seeking Health Care Assistants and Support Workers in Wellingborough to join their care teams.

The role offers flexible 12-hour shifts, including long day and night options, with temporary or part-time arrangements to suit your schedule.

Applicants should be empathetic, reliable and able to work rotational shifts; evidence of right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS are required, with up-to-date training certificates provided if needed.

Responsabilités

• Aiding residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, hygiene, dressing and eating.
• Engaging residents in recreational and social activities for physical and mental stimulation.
• Taking charge of residents' physical and emotional well-being and addressing social needs.
• Contributing to resident care plans and understanding any specialised support requirements.
• Supporting residents with mobility and providing assistance as needed.
