Nani Recruitment in Littlehampton, West Sussex, urgently seeks Health Care Assistants and Support Workers to provide compassionate care for residents. We offer 12-hour long day or night shifts and flexible temporary or part-time employment options.

Applicants must be empathetic, communicative, and adaptable, with recent healthcare experience. DBS and right-to-work checks are required; training and Moving & Handling certificates can be arranged where needed.

Formación

• Empathetic, considerate, and sympathetic nature.
• Enthusiastic and eager to acquire new skills.
• Good listener with forbearance.
• Adaptable due to rotational work.
• Recent healthcare experience as Caregiver/Healthcare Assistant.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Evidence of right to work in the UK is required.
• Up-to-date training certificates; training provided if needed.
• Enhanced DBS is required or can be arranged.
• Moving & Handling Practical Certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Aiding residents with personal care (bathing, hygiene, dressing and eating).
• Engaging residents in recreational and social activities for stimulation.
• Supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being and social needs.
• Contributing to resident care plans and understanding specialised support needs.
• Assisting with mobility and daily activities as needed.
