Job summary

Perfect Care Ltd is seeking a caring CARE ASSISTANT to support clients in Durham and surrounding areas with daily living tasks, meals, and companionship. We provide full paid training, guaranteed hours, and a supportive management team.

The salary is £26,130 pro rata, plus mileage at £0.30 per hour; permanent roles are available for both full-time and part-time shifts. A driving licence is essential, and sponsorship is not offered. Join our community-focused team today.

Responsibilities

Support clients in daily life activities, e.g. meal preparation, medication prompts and domestic support.
Assist clients with personal care.
Provide companionship and accompany clients on outings.
Encourage clients to participate in planning and provision of their care.
Record and report daily visit information accurately.
