Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living tasks, e.g., meal preparation, medication prompts, and domestic support
• Assist clients with personal care
• Provide companionship and accompany clients on outings
• Encourage active participation in planning and delivering care
• Record and report daily visit information accurately
