Perfect Care Ltd is seeking a CARE ASSISTANT to join our team across Spennymoor, Ferryhill, Coxhoe and Bowburn on flexible shifts with permanent full- and part-time contracts.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,130 pro rata plus mileage at £0.30 per hour, guaranteed hours, full paid training and clear progression within a Top 20 Home Care Provider in North East England.

• Supporting clients in daily life activities such as meal preparation, medication prompts, and domestic support.
• Assisting clients with personal care.
• Providing companionship and accompanying clients on outings.
• Encouraging active participation in care planning.
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately.
