Tesco Caf in the United Kingdom is seeking a Front of House team member to deliver great service, serve food and drinks, and keep tables clean while staying up-to-date with the menu and initiatives.

You will work with the team to ensure health and safety standards, FIFO and stock handling, and provide a friendly customer-facing experience. Tesco offers flexible working options and clear progression opportunities.

• Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Caf Manager.
• Maintaining food freshness by following FIFO stock rotation.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
• Being aware of (and following) all operational policies and procedures.
• Clearing and sanitising tables so our caf stays clean.
• Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
• Staying up-to-date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
• Knowing our cafs menu inside out and making sure food is served the way its intended.
• Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
• The ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean environment.
• Comfortable working in a team.
• Great communicator with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Confident using your initiative to improve ways of working.
• Good at planning and keeping things organised.
