Qualifications

• Casual, zero-hour contract.
• Flexibility to cover different classes across the academy.
• Previous school experience desirable but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in their learning and personal development, individually and in small groups.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning activities.
• Create a safe, positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Encourage pupils' independence, confidence and wellbeing.
• Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources.
• Support pupils with additional learning, communication or behavioural needs where required.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
