CareTech UK Ltd is seeking a Female Bank Support Worker (Driver preferred) for their Bearsted service near Maidstone, Kent. The role operates on a Bank/Zero Hour contract with a pay rate of £13.03 per hour, requiring flexibility to cover shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments, and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
