Cygnet Old Leigh House in Leigh on Sea is seeking an outstanding Bank Support Worker to join our team on flexible bank shifts. You will deliver enhanced care, provide physical and emotional support, and help with medical and welfare needs in a learning disability setting.

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
