CYGNET operates across the UK and is seeking a Bank Support Worker for Ducks Halt in Kirby-le-Soken, Essex. You will provide enhanced care, guidance, and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those with additional mental and physical health needs.

DBS check is required and shifts are flexible, with a focus on enabling independence and life skills. The role offers competitive hourly pay, flexible bank shifts, coaching, and a supportive team
