Job summary

The National Autistic Society is seeking a dedicated Bank Support Worker in Carryduff to assist autistic adults with daily routines and personal care. You will follow individual support plans to help people live their best lives.

We welcome caring, reliable candidates with a positive attitude; experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential, and a driving licence is preferred for travel across services.

Qualifications

Demonstrates a caring, patient approach to supporting vulnerable adults.
Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential.
Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome.
Willingness to work flexible bank shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating) and encourage activities they enjoy.
As a bank worker, pick and choose shifts; services have a mixture of hours including evenings and weekends.
