Qualifications

• Flexibility to work at short notice and pick shifts.
• Ability to work across different services, locations or teams.
• Experience in supported housing or similar settings is desirable.
• Experience with support plans and concise information recording.

Responsabilités

• Take charge during night shifts and keep operations running.
• Lead support planning and coordinate Support Workers to deliver person-centred care.
• Balance safeguarding, admin and meetings while managing caseloads.
• Assist customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and appointments.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to safeguard customers.
