Job summary

Respond Recruit is seeking Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) for flexible bank shifts in Wales. Earn £28.02–£29.14 per hour with days, nights and weekends availability.

You will join a supportive team delivering person-centred care and working across multidisciplinary teams. Essential requirements include valid NMC registration with active PIN, post-registration nursing experience, and strong clinical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration and active PIN as an RN or RMN.
• Post-registration nursing experience required.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred nursing care tailored to residents' needs.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per guidelines.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to changes.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Uphold NMC Code, CQC standards and policies.
• Promote infection prevention and control.
