Job summary

Nurses UK Group is seeking registered nurses (RGN/RMN) for flexible agency shifts across Wales, including hospitals, care homes and community settings.

We offer competitive rates from £24.00 to £43.50 per hour, weekly pay, free mandatory training, revalidation support, transport allowance and 24/7 clinical and recruitment support. Right to work in the UK and NMC registration required.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration.
• Right to work in the UK.
• At least 6 months' recent UK nursing experience (where required).
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care in hospitals, care homes, and community settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
