Job summary

Circle Health Group's Bath Clinic is seeking a Patient Administrator for bank shifts. The role supports busy periods and leave cover, ensuring smooth patient administration and adherence to standard processes.

The successful candidate will handle bookings, mail, and patient queries while maintaining Health and Safety awareness and completing mandatory training as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at A–C or equivalent
• Proficient PC use across common software and hospital systems
• Basic financial awareness for transactions and records
• Experience in private healthcare administration is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps to provide a standard service to patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
• Handle patient queries efficiently and professionally.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received by email.
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and ensure safety for patients, visitors, staff and contractors.
• Complete mandatory training as required
