Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner (Qualified) to provide flexible, on-demand cover across our nursery network in the Leicester area. Earn up to £14.45 per hour with the freedom to choose when you work, without fixed weekly hours.

You will deliver high-quality care, support children's development through play, and collaborate with nursery teams while adhering to EYFS and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain high standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
