Job summary

Rosemary Cottage Care Limited is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our friendly team at Rosemary Cottage, a specialist residential care home supporting adults in recovery from alcohol, substance misuse and mental health challenges.

You will provide person-centred care, support residents with daily living activities, promote independence and wellbeing, and help maintain a safe, welcoming home environment. Flexible zero-hours work and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RQF Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
• Compassionate, reliable and committed to high-quality care.
• Flexible zero-hours working, ongoing training and supportive team environment.
