Job summary

Voyage Care in Nuneaton is seeking a Bank Support Worker on a zero hours contract. Typical shifts are 8:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–10:00pm and 10:00pm–8:00am, across Monday to Sunday. You’ll help people gain more independence in daily life, working with a friendly team to support our ABI residential service at Marner House.

This role focuses on personal care, life skills and community activities. No previous experience is required—just a genuine caring attitude and a willingness to learn.
