Job summary

Active Care Group is recruiting a flexible bank/zero-hours driver to support North Wales teams. You will visit clients in their own homes, delivering one-to-one personal care and practical support while ensuring safety and dignity.

The role requires a full driving licence, is paid up to £14 per hour (dependent on NVQ), and offers substantial training and pension options with progression opportunities within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is required.
• Experience in care or similar roles is advantageous.
• Friendly, patient and person-centred approach to support needs.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes with personal care.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed.
• Assist with moving and handling and use of clinical equipment.
• Support short-term and ongoing care packages and handover to care teams.
• Assist with shopping and domestic tasks to maintain independence.
