St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Staff Bank Nurse to provide high-quality temporary staffing across wards and departments in SW London. You will join a network that offers flexible work arrangements and exposure to a wide range of specialties within the Trust.

Applicants should have at least 6 months NHS RN experience and be prepared to uphold the Trust’s values of Excellence, Kindness, Responsibility and Respect.

Qualifications

• Be a registered nurse with at least 6 months NHS experience as an RN.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across the Trust's SW London sites as required.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using evidence where appropriate.
• Provide ward leadership to ensure high and safe patient care standards.
• Ensure nursing procedures follow Trust policy and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain timely and accurate nursing records and administer medications per policy.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to promote excellent patient care.
• Prioritise workload and ensure safe staffing in the ward/department.
• Support local resolution and follow-up actions for informal or formal complaints.
