Aurem Care is seeking an Activities Coordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for residents, tailored to individual interests and abilities. You will help create meaningful daily experiences that support wellbeing and social connection.

Qualifications

• Experience organising activities in care, health, or community settings.
• Creative, compassionate, and respectful of residents' needs.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver a varied programme of group and individual activities.
• Create and maintain weekly activity schedules.
• Support residents to participate based on interests and preferences.
• Assess residents' social and recreational needs, considering abilities and wellbeing goals.
• Ensure residents' social care plans are completed and reviewed.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Assist with other duties to support delivery of care services.
