Job summary

Chichester College Group is seeking an Instructor/Technician in 3D Art and Design to support teaching staff and supervise workshop facilities. The role involves maintaining equipment, preparing learning spaces, and ensuring safe practice across design workshops.

The successful candidate will demonstrate CAD/SketchUp/After Effects skills and communicate effectively with diverse learners. The college promotes flexible working options and offers extensive professional development and student

Qualifications

• Relevant industrial/subject experience.
• Working knowledge of 3D software such as CAD, SketchUp and After Effects.
• Ability to communicate to a diverse range of people at all levels, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to teaching staff delivering technical 3D art courses, such as architecture and animation.
• Be responsible for the daily operation of the workshop equipment, teaching resources and the preparation and supervision of designated areas, including upholding the highest health and safety standards.
• Demonstrate digital and technical skills to learners, to help them develop their skills and ensure success in theoretical and practical sessions.
