Job summary

Salutem Care and Education in Stourport-on-Severn is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our supported living service. You will help residents with daily care and activities, promoting independence and social engagement within a warm, supportive team.

No prior experience in complex care is required as full training is provided. A driver is advantageous due to our rural location, and you will participate in a role that values compassion, patience, and interpersonal skills.

The Location is a vibrant home where we support 3 individuals with learning disabilities and mild challenging behaviours. Each person here has their own unique personality. This isn't just a place to work - it's a place where real progress happens. One of our proudest moments? Supporting a person who was told she would never walk again and now, thanks to our dedicated team, she's back on her feet!

About The Role

• Supporting with personal care, medication, and daily routines
