We support individuals with activities like baking, arts and crafts, trips, and celebrations. As a Flexi-Bank Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges daily to help us be the best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure compliance.
• Develop flexible, engaging activity plans.
• Support healthy lifestyles and health management.
• Facilitate effective communication and maintain records.
• Oversee medication processes and support self-administration.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following health and safety protocols.
