Wallace Mews and Wallace Lodge are 18-bed care services supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities in South Shields. We support individuals with activities like baking, arts and crafts, trips, and celebrations. As a Flexi-Bank Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges daily to help us be the best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure compliance.
- Develop flexible, engaging activity plans.
- Support healthy lifestyles and health management.
