About The Role

Meade Close, a 9-bed residential care home in Urmston, Manchester, supports adults with learning and physical disabilities. The home provides high-level support to help individuals meet their personal goals and aspirations. It consists of two four-bed bungalows and a single accommodation bungalow, set within pleasant grounds, close to town centre, transport, and amenities.

As a Flexi-Bank Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges and rewards daily, helping us achieve excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
  • Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
  • Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing health needs.
  • Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
  • Oversee medication processes and support self-administration.
