About The Role

Meade Close is a 9-bed residential care home supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities in Urmston, Manchester. The home provides high-level support to help individuals meet their personal goals. It features two four-bed bungalows and a single bungalow, set within well-maintained grounds, close to local amenities and transport links.

The individuals supported include Kalvin, a passionate Man United fan, who loves football memorabilia, shopping, and social activities. Others enjoy outdoor activities, gardening, parties, and sensory relaxation.

As a Flexi-Bank Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, enabling care, facing daily challenges and rewards, contributing to our goal of excellence.
