What will I do as a Flexi-Bank Support Worker?
- Complete in-depth induction and mandatory training, including safeguarding modules and Wales induction framework.
- Follow company policies and procedures concerning health and safety.
- Support young people with complex health, physical, and learning needs within the children’s home.
- Assist with daily needs and help access activities, including evenings and weekends.
- Provide personal care and promote independence.
- Encourage socialization and help achieve personal outcomes.
- Understand communication needs of young people.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment.
- Promote health and well-being.
- Participate in handover and key worker meetings; liaise with colleagues and external agencies.
