You will own the agent development lifecycle, serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise leaders, and partner with customer teams to ensure successful launches while driving product improvements based on real-world feedback.
Qualifications
- Customer obsession and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity with strong analytical thinking.
- Comfort engaging with API docs, data models, system architecture, and engineering tradeoffs.
- Proven track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to launch and iteration.
- Advise enterprise leaders and shape the AI strategy for their business.
- Run working sessions, troubleshoot agent issues, and keep launches on track.
- Surface unmet needs from customer work and feed them back to product and research.
