Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is seeking a Workshop Supervisor at the Coleshill Workshop to lead vehicle maintenance and fleet management activities.

You will oversee workshop technicians, suppliers and sub-contractors, driving efficiency, compliance with regulations, and cost-effective service delivery across Warwickshire. A valid UK driving licence and IMI/IRT qualifications are required, with travel across Warwickshire.

Qualifications

• A good standard of education with specific vehicle maintenance qualifications (IMI or IRT).
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a commercial workshop.
• Full UK driving licence (preferably including category C+E) and willingness to travel across Warwickshire.
