  • A Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) or equivalent transport-related qualification.
  • Good knowledge of Operator Licence requirements and the regulatory framework governing fleet operations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and manage team performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work effectively with customers, contractors and colleagues.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
  • Experience using fleet management and business systems, such as Tranman, SAP or similar.
  • A proven commitment to Health & Safety and the ability to promote a positive safety culture.
