Are you a proactive leader with a passion for fleet operations, safety, and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a Fleet Workshop Controller to take ownership of our workshop operations, leading a skilled team of mechanics to ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant, and available to support the vital services we provide every day.
In this key role, you'll coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently, cost effectively, and to the highest standards. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining fleet compliance, meeting Operator Licence requirements, and ensuring adherence to all relevant fleet and Health & Safety legislation. Working closely with operational teams across the business, you'll help maximise fleet availability while providing critical support during incidents and emergencies, including the mobilisation of emergency response vehicles.
