Job summary

Stoneacre is seeking a Fleet Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our busy Tees Valley team. You will support reporting to the branch Accountant and ensure accurate vehicle administration and premium customer service that exceeds expectations.

You will manage invoicing for retail, fleet and inter-branch sales, maintain stock records, complete paperwork, and liaise with Accounts, Service and Parts to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales administration preferred, but training provided.
• Experience using Kerridge/CDK or similar systems advantageous.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring new and used vehicles into stock and maintain records.
• Raise vehicle invoices for retail, fleet, trade and inter-branch sales.
• Prepare and complete all relevant paperwork.
• Support the sales department in daily controls.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Service and Parts departments.
• Monitor admin reports regularly.
• Maintain and process v5 documents.
• Complete a monthly vehicle stock check.
• Maintain a professional manner and ensure prompt delivery.
• Communicate effectively by phone or email to deliver premium customer care.

An average day as a Fleet Vehicle Sales Administrator…

• You will bring both new and used vehicles into stock maintaining the records.
• You will raise vehicle invoices for retail, fleet, trade and inter branch sales.
• You will prepare and complete all relevant paperwork.
• You will support the sales department in daily controls.
• You will work efficiently and effectively alongside the Accounts, Service and Parts department.
• Monitor admin reports on a regular basis.
• Maintain and process v5 documents.
• Complete a monthly vehicle stock check.
• Maintain a professional manner at all times and ensure prompt delivery of vehicles.
• Communicate effectively, in person, by telephone or email to deliver premium customer advice and satisfaction at all times.

About you…

• Previous sales administration experience within the automotive industry would be helpful but administrative experience in another environment will be considered as full training can be given.
• Previous experience of using Kerridge/CDK or a similar system would be advantageous but is not essential.
• You will be computer literate, especially Microsoft Office and Excel
• You will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy high-pressured environment.
