Tructyre Fleet Management Limited is seeking a Commercial Tyre Technician to provide maintenance and fitting services for commercial vehicle fleets. The role offers a competitive salary of £36,900 per annum with an OTE of £42,000, alongside additional benefits such as bonuses and health cover.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a full UK driving licence, and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.

This is a full-time permanent position requiring a flexible working pattern and participation in an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rota and flexible working patterns.

Responsibilities

• Fit and maintain tyres for commercial vehicle fleets, including roadside breakdowns.
• Carry out fleet inspections and service work.
• Complete company documentation and electronic job sheets.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Manage stock effectively.
• Support customers collaboratively with depot colleagues.
• Participate in on-call rota.
