Lynx Employment Services is recruiting a Waste & Fleet Training Compliance Officer for a 6-month contract, based in Rugby. The role combines hands-on driver training with fleet compliance and competency management.

Start date is 5 October 2026, with a 37-hour work week (Monday–Friday) and PAYE at £140 per day. This office/depot-based position requires a practical approach to training delivery and regulatory compliance within a busy waste and fleet service environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role combining driver training and coaching with fleet compliance and competency management.
• Experience in waste & fleet training compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driver training and coaching to vehicle operators.
• Support fleet compliance and competency documentation and audits.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure training records are up to date.
